Joan’s Story
Joan Herbert is a hardworking, devoted wife and mother of 4 who has lived in Cumberland County for over 2 decades. She is passionate about serving the community and committed to standing up for family values. A Conservative Christian, Joan is involved in church ministry and has traveled on mission trips. Her family resides in Silver Spring Township with their two dogs.
Joan has a Bachelors of Architecture Degree and is presently the Committee Woman for Silver Spring Precinct 4.
